01 Enquire below. Tell me which program you’re considering and where you are currently. A brief note is enough.
02 We have a conversation. Twenty to thirty minutes. Not a sales call but a real conversation about where you are and whether one of the programs is the right fit. If it is not, I will tell you.
03 You receive the full program document. Everything covered, session by session. You decide from there.
04 We start. First session is face to face and the rest over video call. The work begins before the first session.
