In one day, they’ll move from scattered activity to a system they can run with confidence.

We work through the full job search end to end. Not theory for it’s own sake. Each stage builds on the last in logical order.


Reflection and assessment of what has led to this point. Highlight the key takeaways and let go of what we don’t need.

Creating a value pitch as our resume and understanding how people perceive it.

Online and Offline components of a job search (application and networking strategies).

Honing our communication and presentation with first impressions in mind.

Everything interviews – goal setting, planning, execution, review and learning.

Rejection Management – what it is, how to process it and turn it into a positive learning opportunity.

Salary Negotiation and Growth Strategy – how do we set our value, pitch for it confidently and ensure we reap the benefits long-term?

Know how to create a cache of evidence-based STARE answers, develop their own pre & post-interview routine along with goals for each interview.

Develop an understanding of why we fear rejection, how to spot and process it, deliver it to others and keep it from stalling progress.

Know how to research salary through multiple channels, how to start the conversation with employers and push for an upper limit respectfully
