Elite Interview Performance

A full day workshop.

Most candidates prepare for the questions. The ones who get offers prepare for the whole process.

Who This is For

This workshop is designed for business school alumni, postgraduate students and professional members who are actively interviewing or preparing to.  it works for someone walking into their first graduate interview right through to an experienced professional who has not interviewed in years and has lost the muscle for it.

If your members are getting interview but not converting them or feel underprepared for the format and pressure of an intensive interview process, this workshop eliminates that gap in a single day.

The Case for this Workshop

Preparation, preparation, preparation. Everyone knows they should prepare but very few know what that actually means beyond rehearsing answers to questions they expect to be asked.

This workshop treats interview performance as exactly that, a performance, built from specific, trainable components.  the routine before you walk in. What your voice and body communicate before and during the interview. How to structure an answer under pressure so it lands cleanly.  How to handle a panel as well as just a one to one. Handling questions that unsettle you without losing composure.

Built from over 22 years inside recruitment, advising hiring panels and watching exactly what separates the candidates who get remembered for the right reasons from the ones who do not.

This is not generic advice. It’s the specific mechanics of performing well under real conditions.

What Participants Cover

Goal setting and preparation framework. How to prepare specifically for a role rather than generally for an interview.

Voice, presence and listening. What your tone, posture and pace communicate across the entirety of the exchange. Backed by research on how these factors influence hiring decisions.

Answer structures. How to build and deliver answers that land clearly and cleanly, including how to prepare for the most common interview questions and what they intend to unearth.

Behavioural questioning. Mastering structured answering techniques across a whole range of character competencies and how to elevate them beyond what most of us prepare with.

Handling panels and pressure. Managing the attention of a diverse interview room, reding what certain questions demand and taking advantage to stand out.

Pre-interview routines. Building a mostly rigid routine around character and habits ensuring no distractions and nothing left to chance on the day.

Post-interview review and processing. A final routine to assess and learn then move on so emotional weight is not carried through the job search.

What Participants Leave With

A structured preparation framework they can apply to any interview.

Direct feedback on their own delivery from live practice on the day.

A bank of structured answers built from their own experience, tested and refined.

The ability to handle panel interviews with composure.

A personal pre-interview and post-interview routine for performance under pressure and learning applied on review.
